1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products (trading signals, indicators, and educational content) which are delivered immediately upon purchase, ALGOVISION LLC generally operates a no-refund policy.
Once access to the proprietary signals or indicator suite is granted, the "intellectual property" has been consumed. However, we are committed to your success and will work tirelessly to resolve any technical issues or help you understand the system.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles, but will not result in a refund for the current period. You will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, simply log into your Dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription" in the settings, or contact our support team.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicated charges due to technical errors). If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
